Experience
Tom Plaggenmeier looked after major clients at a mobile advertising company. At a digital agency he was responsible for apps and connected products for international brands, from the idea to the launch. At an international design consultancy he led large programmes as programme director in which corporations redesigned their services from their customers’ point of view.
On top of that come fifteen years in trade businesses, with building sites, staff, paperwork and deadlines. In this everyday reality every piece of advice has to prove itself in the end.
